Job Purpose:


The purpose of this role is to ensure successful coordination, proper tracking and delivery of all OCT activities through an effective ATG team with the goal to accelerate growth and improve business profitability through timely, quality and on-budget delivery of projects through multi-functional teams.. The job plays an important role in evaluating supply activities and ensuring adherence to the activity process and to MEA/factory supply strategy following the S&OP+ framework. Activities include new product launches, re-launches, new packs, artwork changes, on pack promotions, repatriation, re-engineering products, etc.


The jobholder is an individual contributor and will be the QuEST Supply SPOC for OCT and will represent the site with its customers across MEA and affiliate markets. He/She will be responsible for leading a cross-functional factory ATG team to smoothly and efficiently deliver the business strategy. Also part of the role will include the coordination, harmonization and optimization of Supply input captured in the S&OP+ process.


Job Responsibilities:

  1. Process Governance: The jobholder will be responsible for adherence and governance of our QuEST principles and process. He/She will be an expert in the stage gate process and its relevant PPM systems.
  2. Leads OCT Technical ATG forum with multi-functional team (VSO, IE, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, Engineering, Maintenance, Q&FS, NPD, PPTS, SRA)
  3. Leads Supply Input through S&OP+ forum, while leading the ATG update in OCT FSMR to drive effective decision making.
  4. Manages multiple complex projects delivery vs agreed targets (time, scope, CSF’s, business model) through an engaged team.
  5. Ensures the best execution through effective project management on all aspects of Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Quality, etc.
  6. Supports market ATG team with project inputs and business model while identifying improvement opportunities to maximize business profitability.
  7. Responsible to hold team accountable and deliver clear tracking and progression of projects with alignment of function heads
  8. Develops and maintains overall project planning & timelines and makes it visible to the ATG team to capture their needs and concerns.
  9. Ensures project execution according to agreed CSFs and in agreed scope while achieving stakeholders’ needs.
  10. Leads and implement exhaustive risk management with the team to identify and mitigate potential risks to the project CSFs and delivery.
  11. Ensures function alignment on relevant topics.
  12. Develops and maintains an up to date Activities Database with all relevant information on financials, complexity, stage gates, timelines and calendar.
  13. Establish and maintain relationships with factory, regional and market teams to ensure understanding of their needs and requirements.
  14. Leads continuous improvement workstreams across the ATG by capturing learnings and identifying process improvements to facilitate implementation.


Context & Scope

This role is a stand-alone role: Alone, the jobholder will be leading all site-wide activities across all technologies, lines, areas and for all OCT markets including MEA & affiliate markets. They will represent OCT with customers in the main ATG and will lead the site technical ATG forum including all factory and regional functions (VSO, IE, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, Engineering, Maintenance, Q&FS, NPD, PPTS, SRA). They will also manage the Supply Input in the S&OP+ forums while leading the ATG section of the FSMR where they will be supporting effective strategic decision making.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 3+ years of project management experience, ideally with manufacturing experience & financial acumen
