This position will serve the social app business unit.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit and maintain hosts and agents of Voice chat Apps, improving host activity and work quality.
• Break down and analyze agency data to cultivate high-quality content resources.
• Explain and push hosts and agents to participate in platform activities, collecting feedback and opinions from the contents side.
• Promote and explain new product features, handling issues from hosts and agents.

Requirements:

• At least one year of relevant work experience, with a preference for those with hosts or agents resources.
• Proficient in using Excel and other office software.
• Ambitious, motivated, and passionate about facing challenges.
• No gender or age restrictions, passionate about operational work.
