Job Description:
· Scheduling and organizing meetings
· Book travel arrangements and hotel reservations
· Prepare the required reports, letters, and trackers for the management.
· Act as a point of contact and build a good relationship with our clients.
· Dealing with correspondence emails, complaints, and inquiries.
· Monitor office supplies and order new stationery, and follow up with machine maintenance
· Provide general support to visitors
· Manage contract and price negotiations with vendors and service providers
· Arrange shipment documents and follow up with logistics and registration departments on shipment paper
· Follow up with customs
· Coordinate between the departments and the upper management
· Maintain and develop a filling system.
· Maintain a tracking system for all the company documents.
· Serve as the point person for duties including: Maintenance, Mailing, Supplies Equipment, Bills Errands Shopping
Job Requirement:
· Must be Very good in the English language and has high communication skills with excellent appearance.
· Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures.
· Proficiency in MS Office
· Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
· Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Email Scheduler
· Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
· Attention to detail and problem solving skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
