Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HR Generalist to join our firm. This role requires a versatile individual who can handle a wide range of HR responsibilities, from talent acquisition to employee relations, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with social and medical insurance regulations. The HR Generalist will play a key role in developing and executing people strategies that align with our organizational goals and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Strategically source and attract top talent aligned with our firm's vision. Implement effective recruitment processes, conduct comprehensive interviews, and create exceptional onboarding experiences to foster employee success.
- Employee Experience and Engagement: Cultivate a high-performance culture by building strong employee relationships and fostering a positive work environment. Address employee concerns proactively, and implement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
- Performance Management and Development: Drive employee growth and development through robust performance management systems. Provide timely feedback, identify training needs, and create career development opportunities.
- HR Operations and Compliance: Ensure operational efficiency by managing HR data, generating insightful reports, and maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Benefits Administration: Administer comprehensive employee benefits programs, addressing inquiries, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Compensation and Payroll: Support compensation planning, conduct job evaluations, and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Social and Medical Insurance: Manage employee enrollments, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with social and medical insurance regulations.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR.Experience in the architecture, engineering or design industry is a must.Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and social/medical insurance requirements.Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.PHR or SPHR certification is a plus.
