Proven experience as a Financial Manager or in a senior financial leadership role with CFO responsibilities, ideally within a fast-paced, innovative startup or tech company.Extensive experience in managing financial operations for multiple branches in different countries, with a strong understanding of international financial regulations and compliance standards.Expertise in accounting, with a solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger management.Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business strategies that align with Start Tech’s goals of client satisfaction and global growth.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently represent Start Tech in meetings with investors and stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to lead and develop finance teams across different regions, fostering a culture of creativity and dedication.Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (e.g., MBA, CPA, CFA).
