Optimization & Performance: Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability. Identify and address performance bottlenecks, ensuring a seamless user experience across different devices and browsers.

Integration: Work closely with back-end developers to design and integrate RESTful APIs and other back-end services. Ensure that front-end and back-end components are well integrated and function smoothly together.

Testing & Debugging: Oversee the implementation of robust testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing. Lead efforts in debugging and resolving complex issues.

Project Planning & Management: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in Angular and front-end development. Drive continuous improvement in the development process and encourage innovation within the team.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture, design patterns, and processes. Share knowledge and best practices across the development team and broader organization.
