This role requires an Accounting leader with a strong background in the manufacturing sector.
- Manage and supervise accounting staff, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with industry regulations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support management decision-making
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance, implementing strategies for improvement
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies during financial audits
- Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
