- Participate in BPOs (Business Process Owners) meetings to understand business requirements and present Odoo© functionalities and solutions to BPOs
- Assist with project planning and execution, and track project progress and report on key milestones.
- Gather data and document requirements for Odoo© modification, improvement, customization, or implementation project related documents.
- Assist senior consultants to design Odoo© solutions that align with client requirements and industry best practices.
- Assist in the configuration of Odoo© applications, including setting up custom objects, fields, page layouts, and security settings. Collaborate with senior consultants to develop and customize Odoo© functionality using Odoo© approved tools.
- Provide first-line support to users for technical issues and questions, assist in troubleshooting and resolving any technical or functional problems that arise during testing, and ensure they meet client requirements and are free of bugs or issues.
- Provide training and support to end users on how to effectively use Odoo© applications and features.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project requirements, solution designs, and configurations. Prepare progress reports and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
- Manage day to day administration of the Odoo© platform, including user management, profiles, roles, permissions, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, workflows, process builder, and validation rules.
- Perform routine data management tasks such as data export, import, cleansing, deduplication, and data migration.
- Stay up to date with Odoo© updates, new features, and best practices. Seek opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills through training and certifications.
- Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the main frame of the job’s specialty.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.1 – 2 Years experience in Business Process design and administration of Odoo© system.A background in CRM process design and implementation in addition to experience with other CRM softwareRelevant certifications in Odoo© (optional but preferred).
