This is a full-time on-site role as a Real Estate Agent at TOHOMA. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including intermediate negotiation processes, consulting clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters. You will also perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value, display and market real property to potential buyers, and prepare necessary paperwork.
