Key Responsibilities:
* Pre-Sales Engineering and Lead Qualification:
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and inquiries related to fire protection systems, particularly those centered on fire pumps.
Conduct site visits (as needed) to assess client requirements, gather technical data, and understand specific fire pump needs.
Prepare clear and concise technical proposals that highlight the most effective fire protection solutions for each client, emphasizing the advantages of Yama's fire pump technology.
* Technical Solution Development and Support (A to Z):
Serve as the primary technical resource across all departments (sales, engineering, marketing, purchasing) for all fire protection systems, with a specialization in fire pumps.
* Compliance Management and Approvals:
Prepare and maintain compliance sheets ensuring all fire protection system solutions adhere to relevant codes and standards (NFPA) and consultants’ specs.
Coordinate with other departments (engineering, sales, marketing, procurement) to obtain necessary technical approvals from customers and consultants.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical or engineering role, preferably within the fire protection industry.Strong understanding of fire protection systems, fire codes (NFPA standards).
