Job Summary:
The Admin Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Office Operations and Administration Manager, ensuring smooth office operations and assisting with logistics, stock management, and supply chain coordination. The Admin Assistant will be responsible for maintaining office systems, coordinating daily administrative tasks, and fostering communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Office Operations and Administration Manager with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, email correspondence, and reporting.
- Maintain and update office inventory systems, ensuring accurate tracking of supplies and timely restocking.
- Coordinate office logistics, such as booking couriers, managing office equipment, and organizing office supplies.
- Support contract management by assisting in communication, and payment tracking.
- Handle office-related external contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with budget monitoring and tracking for office-related expenses.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless office operations.
- Help organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred.2-5 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.Experience in vendor management or logistics is a plus.
