- Conduct routine microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal specifications.
- Perform microbiological analyses such as total plate count, coliform count, yeast and mold count, and pathogen detection.
- Ensure compliance with relevant food safety regulations, including HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and ISO standards.
Bachelor's in Microbiology, Food Science, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in food, preferably in the Dairy industry.Strong knowledge of microbiological testing techniques and food safety regulations.Experience with HACCP and GMP systems.
