- Develop, Monitor and control the project schedule during the execution process and study the impact of any change requests during this process on all the project phases.
- Participate in technical meetings and provide technical solutions for site problems.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure its accuracy.
- Following the client's payments and ensuring accuracy with the terms and deliveries.
- Review containers and follow up the shipment process.
- Manage the installation on site and to ensure that a contractual obligation are met by all parties involved and establishes mechanisms for dealing with any contractual claims.
- Handle site obstacles in coordination with the consultant to meet the project requirements.
- Review the technicians and labors work sheets.
- Revise the acknowledgments, discounts, finishes and dispatch dates as per the project agreement and assure they are correctly applied
- Forward the final order confirmations (Acknowledgements) and dispatch dates to shipping logistics specialist to arrange the shipping method.
- Revise the received items with the purchase order.
- Prepare the delivery Note; make sure the client signs it.
- Place the Quality report and snag list, follow up the status and deliver it to the client.
- Manage the inventory.
- Review the technicians and labors work sheets.

Bachelor’s Degree in Applied arts or Architecture .7+ years of experience.Excellent knowledge and experience with the market of interior design.Excellent English Language.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
