- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of R&D projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and manufacturing to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the R&D team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Recruit, train, and develop R&D staff, ensuring the team has the skills and knowledge to achieve project goals.
- Innovation and Technology Development:
- Drive the development of new products, technologies, and processes.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities to ensure the company remains competitive.

- Budget Management:
- Manage the R&D budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to priority projects.
- Monitor and report on R&D spending, making adjustments as needed to stay within budget.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that all R&D activities comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Oversee the testing and validation of new products and processes to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Act as a key liaison between the R&D department and other departments, including product management, operations, and sales.
- Present research findings and project updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks related to R&D projects and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure that intellectual property (IP) is adequately protected and managed.
Education:Bachelor’s degree in design and mechanical Engineering, Experience:Minimum of 10 years of experience in research and development, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.Proven track record of successfully leading R&D projects from concept to completion.Skills and Competencies:Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent project management and organizational abilities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Effective communication and presentation skills.Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.Proficiency in [(AutoCAD – Inventor Professional – SolidWorks – Ansys – 3D Max) Software /Tools].
