Roles and Responsibilities
- IT Infrastructure Strategy: Cooperate with Infra Delivery AD to Develop and implement the long-term IT infrastructure strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of IT professionals responsible for infrastructure setup, maintenance, and support.
- Project Management: Cooperate with Infra Delivery AD to Plan, execute, and oversee IT infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate, select, and manage external vendors and service providers to support infrastructure initiatives.
- Network and Security: Ensure the organization's network infrastructure is reliable, secure, and scalable. Implement security measures to protect against cyber threats.
- Cloud Services: Oversee the adoption and management of cloud-based services and platforms for optimal performance and cost efficiency.
- Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity: Develop and maintain plans and procedures for disaster recovery and business continuity to minimize downtime and data loss.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare and manage the IT infrastructure budget, optimizing costs while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Compliance and Regulations: Ensure IT infrastructure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Provide escalated support for complex technical issues and incidents related to the IT infrastructure.
- Performance Monitoring: Implement monitoring and reporting tools to track the performance and availability of IT infrastructure components.
- Technology Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in IT infrastructure management.
- Responsible for access rights management policy.
- Set, operate, manage, and optimize SAL across all IT services catalog for all IT stakeholders and customers.
- Oversee data management, security, and protection operations.
- Handling end users’ escalations and confirming on resolving user issues and monitoring the performance of business-critical systems.
- Develop IT policies and procedures to ensure that the department operates effectively and reliably.
- Support IT department activities while upgrading systems, servers and migrating the organization’s data.
- Evaluate technology and information general computing controls and recommend solutions to optimize the performance.
- Communications and ordination with hospitals IT managers to resolve technical issues.
- Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel and discipline employees.
- Keep environment documentation up to dates.
- Forecast requirement to prepare annual budget.
- Participate in department annual objectives.
- Participate in technology architecture.
- Directly lead and manage infrastructure team to ensure high performance by leading, mentoring, motivating and inspiring individuals to meet business needs.
- Develops work plans, goals, objectives and evaluates project progress to team activities.
- Provide day-to-day guidance, direction, and technical expertise to team members related to technical issues and challenges and resolves problems escalated.
- Collaborate with hospitals IT Managers to continuously improve group people, processes, and technology.
Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum experience of 10+ years in IT infrastructure management, with demonstrated leadership and team management skills.Technical Knowledge: Proficient in network architecture, server administration, virtualization, cloud computing, storage solutions, and security technologies.Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.Project Management: Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.previous leading of complex business transformations, planning and executing programs to harmonize processes and converge IT systems.Deep experience MS applications, Linux environments, Network and security solutions.Deep experience of understanding infrastructure and networks.Deep experience of operating and managing hardware and software solutions, hyperconverged technologies, end user security applications, encryption and DLP applications.Strong experience directly leading, coaching, and managing the activities of business-critical information system implementation life cycle such as planning, implementation, testing, analysis etc.Certifications: Relevant industry certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, ITIL, or PMP are often preferred.Deep experience of MS Office-365, Azure cloud services, and virtualization software such as VMware or Hyper-V.Knowledge and experience of Active Directory administration tools.Efficiently meeting deadlines, schedules, and target dates.Effectively supervising, leading, and delegating tasks and authority.Result oriented and driven by successful outcomesSelf -motivated and enthusiastic.
