We are seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, enhance member experiences, and help grow our community.
Job Summary:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the coworking space. This role involves managing the day-to-day activities, maintaining the space, ensuring a high level of member satisfaction, and supporting community-building initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the coworking space
- Ensure a welcoming and supportive environment for all members and guests.
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams to ensure the coworking space is fully functional and well-maintained.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies, beverages, and other amenities.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and member satisfaction.
- Handle member inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
Job Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.-Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential for effective communication with members.- Proven experience in operations management- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer service orientation.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficiency in office management software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and coworking management platforms.- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial planning.- A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
