Role Description
The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for providing consulting services, communicating with clients, delivering excellent customer service, and driving sales in the Real Estate Industry.
- Acts as an advisor to clients and accommodates their needs.
- Works on achieving the individual sales objectives.
- Achieves agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within deadlines.
- Follows up on the daily plan set by the Head of Sales.
- Maintains a database of potential clients and regularly contacts them to increase chances of sales.
- Meets with clients regularly as per the rotational schedule and assists clients to take appropriate decisions.
- Follows up with clients after the meetings to expedite the closure of the deal.
- Works on understanding and accommodating the clients’ needs and financial limitations while presenting alternatives.
- Maintains positive business relationships with clients.
- Widens the client’s network either directly or indirectly through brokers.
- Submits regular reports (Exceptions report, leads feedback report, reservation report, pipeline report, calls & meetings report) to the Direct Manager.
Qualifications
- Consulting, Communication, and Customer Service skills
- Sales and Real Estate knowledge
- Have from 1-7 years of experience in Real Estate according to applied vacancy.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
