Job main scope:
The Legal Officer will be required to provide comprehensive legal support across our group of companies. The candidate will work out of Cairo office, managing legal affairs of Site Technology Group. This role requires extensive knowledge of Gulf region laws and regulations, as well as previous work experience in the GCC countries. The position is based in Cairo, serving branches Site Technology portfolio companies in KSA, UAE, Egypt, and Qatar.
Minimum required educational level: Low degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum required experience: 4-8 years of experience in a legal department
Pre-requisite skills & training:
- Law degree from an accredited institution; advanced degree or bar qualification in a Gulf country is a plus
- Minimum of 8 years of legal experience, with at least 5 years working in the Gulf region (UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar)
- In-depth knowledge of laws and regulations in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Riyadh, and Doha
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote setting.
