Pre Sales Engineer

  •  Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's products or services and stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
  • Create and deliver compelling technical proposals and maintaining all documentation of such proposals.
  •  Provide pre-sales technical support, answering customer inquiries, and addressing concern about product functionality and compatibility.
  •  Assisting sales team on the technical aspects of products or services, enabling them to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
  •  Prepare quotations and arrange RFP's. & Sends the offer to pre-sales head for final approval
  •  Builds relationship with the vendor
  •  Negotiates with the vendor to get the best prices for the presented offers
  •  Studies new technologies offered by new partners and vendors
  •  Stay up to date with your own product’s technologies and new features as well as competing tech that might affect your customers
  •  Experience in systems integration.


 


 Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Preferred)  Minimum 1:2 years’ experience in (Light current industry) Very good knowledge of Light Current systems such as (CCTV- Access Control, Fire Alarm Public Address, Nurse Call etc..). Excellent Computer Skills Especially in Office Package and AutoCAD Excellent communication and negotiations skills. Strong skills in data analysis and presentations software. Ability to communicate well and work through others Excellent reporting & research skills Positive response to pressure
