- Plan, organize, and coordinate production activities on the assigned production line to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure the availability and proper functioning of production equipment and machinery.
- Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct time and motion studies to optimize workflow and identify bottlenecks in the production line.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent quality and productivity.
- Train and mentor production line staff on best practices, safety guidelines, and efficient use of equipment.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to monitor product quality and implement quality control measures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Applied Art or a related field.Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a garment manufacturing or textile industry.Strong knowledge of production processes, workflow optimization, and lean manufacturing principles.Proficiency in using production planning and control tools, as well as statistical analysis software.Experience in the garment manufacturing or textile industry is Must Strong knowledge of production processes and workflow optimization.Agility and ability to quickly adapt to changing environments.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex production issues and implement effective solutions.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
