- Design review, shop drawings and as-built.
- Submit calculation for all mechanical work (HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting)
- Prepare mechanical quantity survey.
- Prepare and submit material submittal.
- Prepare pricing comparison sheet and break down analysis.
- Study the tender documents (specifications, drawing, BOQ, method of measurements and contracts)
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering 5-10 years of experience of Mechanical systems (Plumbing, Firefighting and HVAC) for construction projects.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
