Role Purpose:

Responsible to perform daily operations, on call duty activities, project activities, service optimization, deployment executions and service ramp up on the Global SharePoint collaboration platform. Services are deployed on complex corporate environments integrated with Local Platforms, Global Platforms and Platforms of suppliers. 
Responsible for delivering within the relevant SLA-defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Recognize set-up dependencies, support troubleshooting and arbitrate between providers for issue handling. Strong focus on the technical coordination of the setup and implementation of deployments. 
The activities for the transitioning of a solution/deployment to its launch include the coordination of the set-up, integration, configuration, trouble management and maintenance of the system.

Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership:

•  Manages the full lifecycle of projects with impact in various network elements: feasibility assessment, development, testing, implementation and acceptance of SW and HW, in all technology areas (Mobile Access, Voice & Data Core, Service Platforms, Transmission & Transport, OSS). Apply Feasibility Assessment & Delivery Management processes agreed within NSE function: 
• Defines the project plan in agreement with all parties involved including the external customers. Defines the detailed project activities and monitors/tracks them permanently. 
• Builds the projects organizational model and makes sure that resources are always available, so that project deliverables are not affected (no business impact). 
• Responsible for the information flow/ communication within the project team and with the main stakeholders, internal and external NSE (stage gate approval, complete technical solution sharing and associated costs). 
• Performs risk and change management as part of the project activities to make sure the business requirements of the external customers are met, including costs, timelines and agreed quality KPIs
• Permanently tracks projects’ evolution and timely reports project status to all stakeholders
• Implements solid program & project management principles through the related PM tools across the organization. Support departments within NSE, with processes and tools, in managing the project they run inside their units. 
• Manages all team members and ensures they deliver all their own projects assigned (according to NSE processes), motivates and coaches them as well as planning their individual development actions according to their role in the team (DMaaS community).
