We are seeking a skilled and experienced Injection Maintenance Engineer with expertise in plastic moulding and maintenance of arburg machines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of injection moulding equipment, with a focus on arburg and Engle machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on Harburg/Engle injection moulding machines.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues in plastic moulding equipment.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize machine performance and product quality.
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and records.
- Assist in the installation and setup of new moulding equipment.
Qualifications:
5S Experience is a MUST
- Proven experience in injection moulding maintenance, specifically with arburg machines.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems in plastic moulding.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Technical certification or relevant training in injection moulding or mechanical engineering preferred.
Work Environment:
- Full-time position in a manufacturing setting.
- May require occasional overtime and shift work
