Customer Service Specialist

  1. Coordination with sales team for receiving the customer needs and related purchase orders .
  2. deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face for delivery planning against received P.O.s.
  3. respond promptly to customer inquiries and get it connected to sales rep.
  4. start receiving the customer complaints to initiate its cycle in the system and keep following up till case closure with customer.
  5. coordination and follow up with production / Q.C / warehouse and dispatch for the agreed delivery plan (crusher and milled products)
  6. coordination and follow up with logistics team and direct follow up the contractors for the delivery plan
  7. customer follow up till successful delivery in time.
  8. initiate and keep updating a customer movements analysis 
  9. keep updating finance and internal Audit team by customer transactions done in details.
  10. Manage and Keep updating customs department for the day shift documentation control per the existing loaded containers.
  11. Hold the responsibility for updating the final weight and deliveries of all customer to get the monthly accrual done at end of every month without delay .
