Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.Certifications in Training of Trainers (TOT) and instructional design.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a learning and development role, preferably in the fashion retail industry.Ability to build rapport with employees and vendorsStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate employees.Excellent organizational and project management abilities.Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using e-learning platforms and other training tools.
