As the Social Media Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies that align with our clients' goals. You will play a key role in shaping the voice and presence of our clients on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more. This is an opportunity to take ownership of social media efforts and directly impact the success of our clients' digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and implement strategic social media plans that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Manage and nurture client relationships, acting as the main point of contact between clients and the agency.
  •  consistency and engagement across platforms.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of social media campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver marketing presentations for potential clients
  • Regularly prepare presentations for clients, recommending improvements and optimizing ongoing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal team to create compelling content and visuals that resonate with target audiences.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing clients with regular insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for clients to enhance their social media presence and achieve greater impact.

 Experience: 5+ years of digital marketing experience within a digital marketing agency, with a strong focus on social media.Personality: A client-focused approach with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for social media marketing.Skills:Proven work experience as a Social Media Director in a digital marketing agencyStrong expertise in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, snapchat, LinkedIn, X) and social media management tools.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality delivery.Analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and provide actionable insights.Creative thinking to develop innovative social media strategies that drive engagement and results.
