This internship is ideal for fresh graduates who are members of AIESEC and have a keen interest in operations and project management. The intern will assist in optimizing processes, managing projects, and supporting the overall operational efficiency of the company.

Internship Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Intern at SYNERGYA. The Operations Intern will be responsible for assisting in daily operations management tasks, project management, sales support, and communication within the organization. This role is located in Heliopolis, with flexibility for some remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating and managing daily operational activities.
• Support the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in project management tasks, including planning, scheduling, and tracking progress.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Prepare reports and presentations to support decision-making processes.
