● Develop and execute a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
● Identify and prioritize new market opportunities.
● Lead market research efforts to understand trends, customer needs, and competition.
● Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
● Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
● Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
● Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote the company’s products and services.
● Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of business development efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
● Prepare regular reports for the executive team on business development activities, progress, and outcomes.
● Proven experience (5+ years) in business development or a relevant area.● Proven sales track record● Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.● Market knowledge● Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.● Experience in customer support is a plus● Proficiency in English is a plus● Willingness to travel within Egypt and the MENA region as required.● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
