Sales Supervisor - Traditional Trade

Track the distributers’ tools & making sure that the agreed tools are on ground

Lead the sales team to achieve the distributer’s target

Drive the sales team towards achieving its goals while ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and values.

Develop sales team by training them on sales fundamentals at office and on ground.

Check the market to make sure that the company’s pricing policy & the sales fundamentals are applied on the field

Manage the distributer’s balance & ROI (stock, cash & market credit)

Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complains and supply shortages

Review sales reports and data to identify areas that require improvement or need further attention.


Requirements:

3 years experience in detergent field is a must.

Bachelor degree

Cairo residence is highly recommended.
