Your Role

  • Responsible for the areas of Recruitment & Employer Branding.
  • Responsible for the recruitment process while ensuring all KPIs are met.
  • Manage the workforce planning exercise.
  • Design the yearly employer branding calendar.
  • Manage the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion calendar.
  • Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events.
  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field (Preferably Human Resources).
  • At least 5 years of working experience in a similar position in multinational.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple issues and projects in a fast paced environment.
