Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
*Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
*Maintain and update employee records, including contracts, performance evaluations, and leave balances.
*Organize company events, meetings, and ensure a welcoming office environment.
*Handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
*Manage Payroll calculations and deductions.
*Administer and manage medical and social insurance processes, ensuring all eligible employees are enrolled and benefits are delivered accurately.
*Monitor attendance, leaves, and employee performance to support company goals.
*Prepare HR-related reports, including organization chart, turnover, attendance, and performance evaluation reports for management review.
Administration:
*Oversee office operations, ensuring all facilities and equipment are properly maintained and functioning.
*Handle procurement of office supplies, stationary, and other essentials for daily operations.
*Coordinate with vendors for office needs and manage relationships with service providers.
*Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.*4+ years’ experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in an interior design or creative industry.*Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.*Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google (Docs, Sheets).*Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.*Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
