As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of our information. Your role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our data systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter data into various systems and databases
- Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy
- Maintain and update records with new information
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
- Conduct data integrity and quality checks
- Assist in generating reports and compiling data as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency
- Weekly update for product quantity
- Handle product files from one website to another
- Send Emails To other companies as email marketing
