Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provider Enrollment: Enroll healthcare providers with insurance companies, validate enrollments, and submit applications.
- Application Follow-Up: Track and follow up on submitted applications to ensure timely processing.
- Portal Creation: Develop and manage portals to facilitate the billing process.
- Direct Deposit Setup: Initiate setup for direct deposit transfers from insurance companies to providers.
- Electronic Remittance Advice: Implement Electronic Remittance Advice to streamline payment collection.
- Client Communication: Communicate with clients to resolve enrollment issues and provide support.
Qualification and Skills Required:Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English (B2 level minimum, Professional or fluent).Professional Email Writing: Ability to communicate professionally through emails.Phone Communication: Ability to effectively communicate and follow up through phone calls.Google sheets and Excel: Ability to work on google sheets.Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using relevant software and systems.Experience: Previous experience in credentialing or healthcare administration is a plus.Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
