· Schedule, plan the entire program of work and decide on the most appropriate engineering techniques and sequences of activities for each project.
· Understand project specifications and develop time schedules and budgets that meet them.
· Calculate optimal material requirement, manpower requirement for each stage of the project
· Coordinate with the project manager and different departments to ensure good execution of the plan
· Plan for the budget required for the project and monitor expenses as the project is executed periodically
· Create cash flow forecasts for each project.
· Monitor and track project progress and prepare daily, weekly and monthly updates of the project
· Create variance reports (Schedule Variance and Cost Variance) at various stages of the project to analyze deviations
· Conduct subcontractors’ evaluations and suggest areas of improvement.
· Observe existing processes, analyze staff performance, and address deficiencies accordingly.
· Analyzing technical drawings and providing material and cost estimates.
· Create Project Closing Reports with continuous improvement.
· Provide assessment of extension of time claims.
· Education: Engineering bachelor’s degree.· Real estate, construction or engineering consultancy experience is a must.· Related function experience: 10-12 years’ experience
