Role Description:

As an Automotive Branch Manager at AlAhmady Motors, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our branch in Cairo, Egypt. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, including managing the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining positive business relationships with clients. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt.

Qualifications:

• 5 years’ experience as a Showroom manager ideally at a similar industry, (automotive)
• Good Knowledge of the automotive industry and the automotive trade
• Excellent track of sales success
• Leadership and management experience
• Excellent computer skills.
• Strong knowledge of business administration
• Excellent spoken and written Communication and negotiation skills
• Top-notch training and mentoring skills.
• Outstanding teamwork communication and arbitration abilities.
