Job purpose:
Handle relationships with high net worth customers through handling queries and marketing/selling products.
Key accountabilities:
Sales Achieve sales targets as per wealth Management department objectives
Sales opportunities utilizing opportunities to sell additional products and services to the existing Customers
Products Explain products and services to customers in order to achieve sales
Priority customers Maintain strong relationships with priority customers and refer new sales opportunities to Senior relationship Manager
Customer service Deliver high quality customer service and exceed satisfaction goals by reducing customer complaints
Complaints Resolve issues and complaints from clients; escalate issue if needed to the senior relationship manager
Customer requests Process requests from new customers and provide them with excellent service
Customer transactions Support CSRs in customer transactions, ensure transactions are promptly logged and documents completed
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years in a branches role, typically CS
- Sales experience
- Experience of handling customer transactions and requests
