Course Consultant
- Conduct calls to prospective customers to promote and sell our products and services.
- Handle customers‘ inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to provide appropriate solutions and close sales.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on marketing leads and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
Student Success
- Build and maintain strong relationships with paid users through telephone and online communication, ensuring the delivery of learning services.
- Monitor and support users' learning progress, providing timely feedback, resolving any issues, and assisting them in achieving their educational goals.
- Drive user renewals, focusing on improving renewal rates by proactively managing user engagement and satisfaction.
- Execute work plans and achieve monthly renewal sales targets while maintaining accurate and up-to-date student records in the database.
- Enhance customer satisfaction, expand customer resources, and actively promote user recommendations and referrals.
Proven experience in sales or a similar role, preferably from telesales industries.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in the English language in both reading and writing.
