- Collect cost information and maintain an expenses database
- Determine fixed costs
- Plan and record variable costs
- Present the estimated and the actual organization Costs
- Prepare budgeting reports (for the company and for each department)
- Analyze and report profit margins for the organization
- Prepare cost forecasts (monthly, annual)
- Assisting in month-end and year-end closing
- Identify and recommend cost-effective solutions and direct the organization's expenses.
- The ability to limit the number of all products and determine their nature and specifications.
- Understanding Manufacturing Processes: Knowledge of various types and stages of manufacturing processes that occur during the production phase
- Proficiency in collecting data related to cost elements, including documents, notices, costs of using materials and hiring workers, in addition to the costs of purchasing and producing services.
- Ability to analyze cost elements in order to charge them to the produced units item
- Excellent knowledge of using accounting programs and electronic systems, with proficiency in Excel in particular.
- Ability to prepare reports
