Key Responsibilities:
- Content Planning and Posting: Assisting in creating and scheduling content across social media platforms. This may include working closely with the Creative, Marketing and Sales teams to ensure that the content aligns with the brand’s voice and campaign goals.
- Content Moderation: Monitoring user-generated content on social media platforms, Google Maps, and websites to ensure it complies with the company's policies and community guidelines.
- Engagement: Interacting with the community by responding to comments, messages, and queries promptly. This helps in building a positive relationship with the audience and maintaining an active and engaging online presence.
- Brand Monitoring: Keeping an eye on the brand’s online reputation by monitoring mentions and feedback across various social media channels.
- Analytics and Reporting: Analyzing social media performance and user engagement to identify trends, gather insights, and suggest improvements. Reporting these findings to the marketing team to help refine strategies.
- Policy and Strategy Development: Contributing to the development and updating of social media policies and strategies to ensure they are effective and align with the overall goals of the organization.

Qualifications:3-5 years of experience with marketing agencies.Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and content details.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Time management skills to meet project deadlines.
