The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales Manager and team at Octane. This position involves managing contract processes, ensuring timely collections, and providing administrative support to drive sales success.
Responsibilities
- Contract Management: Track, review, and archive contracts. Coordinate collections and send reminders.
- Administrative Support: Assist Sales Manager, maintain records, prepare reports.
- Customer Communication: Coordinate with customers, respond to inquiries.
Education: bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role.Skills:Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
