MD PA (Personal Assistant)

1-Monitor some of projects and prepare schedule of some tasks within required timeframe and coordinate with resource managers and supervisors to evaluate all approvals.
2-Attending meetings with the General Manager & Submit MOM.
Arranging meetings and conference calls for top management (including coordinating all meeting logistics, developing agendas and meeting materials, etc.).
3-Assisting the General Manager with the preparation of all work reports, agreeing and implementing.
4-Provide general support to VIP visitors.
5-Responsible for creating PowerPoint slides and making presentations.
6-Ensure office efficiency is maint80ained by carrying out planning and execution of equipment procurement, layouts and office systems.
7-Allocate tasks and assignments to subordinates and monitor their performance.
8-Perform review and analysis of special projects and keep the management properly informed.
9-Determine current trends and provide a review to management to act on.
10-Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events.
11-Establish and monitor procedures for record keeping.
12-Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data.
