  • Assist in crafting and preparing detailed technical quotations and proposals based on client requirements.
  • Collaborate with the senior sales team to ensure all proposals meet company technical and pricing standards.
  • Follow up on client communications to ensure timely responses and maintain positive relationships.
  • Schedule and confirm meetings, calls, and demos with clients, ensuring all relevant materials are prepared.
  • Conduct research to identify potential leads and support the sales team in outreach activities.
  • Make initial prospecting calls to qualify leads and schedule further discussions with senior sales representatives.
  • Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate client information, sales activities, and pipeline data.
  • Generate reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and client interactions for review by sales management.
  • Analyze sales processes and workflows, suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including document management, filing, and correspondence handling.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales materials, presentations, and brochures.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast sales performance, and provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare reports on key sales metrics for the sales management team.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure that client technical requirements are met in proposals.
  • Support the sales team in building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner, escalating issues to senior sales staff when necessary.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, with 1-3 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or administration, preferably in the tech industry. Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office Suite, and familiar with sales/marketing tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.Familiarity with software development, website development, mobile app development, and system development processes. Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret sales data and generate insights. Highly organized with strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in quotations, proposals, and CRM data management. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical teams, with a customer-centric approach to service. Flexible and proactive in managing changing priorities, willing to take on new responsibilities and learn new skills.Effective time management, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently. Basic understanding of tech products/services, with the ability to grasp complex technical concepts. Proficiency in English required.
