• Monitor all activity related to achieving process objectives.
• Technical analysis of melting and delivery processes. Application of analytical results to improve processes and meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate line activity with peripheral services (maintenance, batch, lab ,etc)
• Improvement of melting processing and glass quality.
• Improvement of efficiency.
• Reduce of emissions.
• Improvement of furnace lifetime.
• Reduction of energy consumption and melting cost.
• Design & implementation of process experiments.
• Facilitate the introduction of new processes, products and technologies. Implementation of new production methods.
• Coordinate furnace repair, heat-ups, and process debug, checkout and start-up
