Key Responsibilities

 

•  Design and implement enterprise vault solutions for enterprise-level
  systems.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical
  support.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate enterprise vault solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies in enterprise vault solutions.

Required Skills:o Proficiency in installing and managing the following: - -Microsoft Infrastructure and Email Systems - -Strong technical skills with full understanding of Windows Server2016, 2019, 2021 and Active Directory - DNS Systems - CertificateAuthority & File Servers & Microsoft security.  - -Detailed Knowledge of MS Exchange 2013, 2016 & 2019 withEmailing Systems protocols/features (RPC, MAPI, IMAP, SMTPJournaling). - -Good Knowledge in MS-SQL Server administration. - -Basic Knowledge about Data Management solutions -Backup/Archiving - -Experience with IIS, Outlook applications.o Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.o Familiarity with large-scale security solutions and networking. Desirable Experience:o Prior role in a similar capacity, with a focus on security systems.o Hands-on experience in at least one of the leaders Security products inGartner quadrant. Qualifications:o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relatedtechnical field.o MCSA, MCSE, CCNA Personal Attributes:o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.o Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.o Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Additional Information:o The role may require participation in an on-call rotation for emergencysupport outside of standard business hours.
