Role purpose :
Vendor Governance function acts as an enablement function for TSSE by managing and delivering following critical business aspects, in line with the value creation mission of TSSE Management:
• Vendor Management & Governance
• Commercial Support for CAPEX / OPEX Requests
• Logistical support for service lines
• Projects management and group requirements
Key accountabilities and decision ownership :
• Project Management for the Ana Plan project , VIBE project & CATS project implementation across TSSE working a line with TSSC
• Strong collaboration with TSSE management, VSS & TSS teams to incorporate cost savings initiatives, trends in cost plans and different budget cycles preparation, submission, governance and control
• Applying TSSE vendor management processes including developing sourcing strategies, vendors portfolio, POs, contract pricing … etc..
• Analysing the technical services on ground according to business cases and perform the suitable mapping
• Review Cost actuals and analyse actuals vs. forecast/budget and workforce strategy
Core competencies, knowledge and experience :
• Basic awareness of project management and business cycles. Understanding of IT development life cycle is a plus.
• Experience and ability to develop credibility and maintain relationships with all levels of management, business partners and vendors with cross-functional program management experience
• Proven experience operational reporting including Resources and Finances.
• Planning ,follow up, problem solving & time management skills with international multi-culture customer & vendor management experience
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• B.Sc. of Commerce/Engineering with 2 years’ experience in financial planning & management
• Expertise in different MS tools as Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Technology background is a must
