- Ensure products adhere to company and industry quality standards
- Document results and findings after inspections are carried out
- Implement a working system to ensure conformity and accuracy in the production process
- Monitor production operations to ensure conformance to company specifications
- Create and monitoring quality system and quality Manual.
- Plan, control and maintain the Quality Control system before and after or during production to achieve the company policy standard.
- Contact supplier’s and customer in case of quality deviation.
- Responsible for the development and implementation of QC procedures.
- Performs root cause analysis on finished product and raw material failures.
- Raise nonconformance’s and observation reports.
- Monitor the corrective / preventive action progress and verifies the effective implementation of any required action.
- Responsible for the supervision of the quality issues along the production steps.
- Responsible for the supervision of the quality from the raw material until the finished goods.
Bachelor of Engineering degree in quality, mechanical or industrial engineering is required.Experience 2-4 years Very Good command of English Language.Very Good communication skill.Team building and leadership skill.Lean Manufacturing, 5S, KAIZEN knowledge.Internal Auditing experience.Analytical Skills
