- Process Analysis and Design: Work with business units to map current processes, identify inefficiencies, and design optimized processes using BPM tools.
- Process Documentation: Create detailed process documentation, including workflows, process maps, and control points, to ensure clear understanding and communication of processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to continuously improve business processes by analyzing performance data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions.
- Process Control Implementation: Implement control mechanisms within processes to ensure compliance, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaboration and Training: Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that process changes are understood, implemented, and followed. Provide training and support as needed.
- Process Monitoring: Monitor and measure the effectiveness of processes, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Change Management: Manage the process change lifecycle, including impact analysis, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain up-to-date process documentation and provide regular reports on process performance and improvement efforts.
Education: BSc/BA in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certification in process management (e.g., Six Sigma, BPM certification).Experience: Proven experience in business process analysis, design, and improvement, preferably in a manufacturing or technology environment.Skills:Proficient in BPM tools and methodologies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Knowledge of process control and optimization techniques.Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., ERP-Next, SAP) is a plus.Project management experience is preferred.
