Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage comprehensive learning and development programs that align with company goals.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and tailor programs to meet those needs.
- Develop engaging training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and presentations.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Support employee onboarding by developing and delivering orientation programs.
