Our company is looking for an outstanding Fleet Supervisor to take on the responsibility of supervising and maintaining the company's vehicle fleet across all premises and garages, including the operation and management of the garages with all their requirements, to ensure the efficiency and safety of the properties and the smooth running of the business.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Preserve and control the company's fixed and mobile assets (cars, garages, equipment)
• Conduct regular reviews and inspections of vehicles during entry and exit from the garages and document any damages.
• Prepare reports on the condition of the vehicles and documented damages, and send them to the manager to initiate a plan to improve the vehicles' efficiency.
• Strictly control the process of handing over and receiving the vehicles between the drivers, according to the instructions of the Operations Management.
• Manage and supervise the car wash workers and plan the washing schedule.
• Develop a comprehensive weekly cleaning plan (Car Care).
• Prepare the vehicles after returning from operation and ensure their readiness at the required time of departure.
• Conduct periodic inventory of the vehicle contents (triangle, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, tool kit).
• Ensure the availability of all health and safety measures at the site and report any risks, deficiencies, or needs.
