Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and oversee operational plans to enhance production efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage all aspects of the production process, including scheduling, resource allocation, and implementing stringent quality control measures.
• Ensure adherence to international quality standards (ISO 22000, ISO 9001, Global Gap, HACCP, Sedex, FDA). Lead and manage the quality control team, conducting regular audits and inspections.
• Optimize inventory levels and maintain a seamless supply chain while upholding the highest quality standards.
• Identify, implement, and monitor process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize waste.
• Foster strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure high-quality materials and ingredients.
• Oversee equipment and facility maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize quality risks.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and procedures.
• Lead and develop the production team, fostering a culture of quality excellence.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and maintain high-quality standards.
• Distribute tasks, monitor performance, and conduct regular evaluations of the production team.
• Manage relationships with manufacturing plants, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Implement robust quality control measures for incoming materials and finished products.
• Conduct thorough inspections of agricultural raw materials and generate comprehensive quality reports.
• Prepare and analyze detailed operational reports.
• Represent the company during external quality audits.
• Ensure production aligns with customer specifications.
• Develop and implement standardized reporting templates.
